Scope of Work-
- Removed wall separating Kitchen from dinning & great room to take full advantage of golf course view
- Refresh kitchen- add new luxury grade appliances, replace cabinets doors & drawer front, replace pantry door
- Add painted “ship lap” boards for architectural interest in kitchen work space
- Add additional cabinetry to extend new island
- Install wine fridge & storage in new dry bar
- Refinish great room fireplace wall
- Add built-ins & barn door to a/v closet
- Refinished all hardwood floors
- Opened up stairwell to second floor & installed new metal railing system w/cables
- Paint & update home office
