George Cleary, CR: Owner
George has been in the remodeling business for over 20 years. He is the founder of The Cleary Company and attributes his success to his honesty and integrity. His ability to build such a wonderful team of friends is a tribute to who he is.
George is active with the local NARI chapter, the NAHB and BBB organizations.
He is the father of 3 wonderful kids and has been happily married for over 15 years.
His hobbies are camping, fishing and spending time with his children.
He is happy to be part of enhancing properties in the neighborhoods that he has lived for over 40 years.
The thing I love most is being part of the emotion of a remodeling project. To be able to perceive a customers vision and then to design, produce and deliver their dream is really a neat part of what we do. This coupled with working with great friends makes what I do so rewarding.

Rob Lindeboom, CLC: Production Manager
Rob has been in the remodeling business for nearly 15 years. He has been with the Cleary Company since is inception.
Rob has one of the keenest eyes around and if he is part of the project, it is done right. Rob has the ability to see how things are done, how they should be done and get it done.
Rob is the father of 5 great kids and he and his wife Michelle live in Upper Arlington.
His hobbies are watching sports, especially Michigan State and coaching his youngest boys in sports. His favorite past time was golf prior to having 5 kids.

Dave Edmonds, CLC: Senior Lead Carpenter
Dave has been in the remodeling business for nearly 20 years? He has been with the Cleary Company almost since its incorporation in 1994.
Dave is a wonderful human being and a pleasure to have in a household. He knows how precious a home is and does all he can to do our remodeling with Care. Customers love Dave and continually tell us how much they will miss having him around when a project is completed.
He manages each of his jobs from the pre-construction conference to completion. David enjoys working with our clients, always providing clear communication and consistent craftsmanship.
Dave is happily married to Ann and has recently welcomed their first grandchild.
Dave loves golf and playing cards with his buddies in Delaware.

John Speese: Lead Carpenter
John has been in the remodeling business for nearly 15 years. John has been with the Cleary Company for nearly 10 years. Johns great attitude and smile are contagious. His eagerness to please the customer is always present; “Well we need to make the customer happy” can often be heard.
John is our company whistler. You know when he is around as he is always whistling. John and his wife Sara have 6 kids together and live in Delaware.
His hobbies are golf and playing cards with his buddies.

John Connor: Safety coordinator/Lead Carpenter
Well being in Columbus, Ohio one of us has to be a true Buckeye Nut. That would be JC.
JC, has been part of the Cleary Company off and on for 10 years. He knows how precious a home is and treats your home as if it were his own.
His commitment to the company makes him a vital part of The Cleary Team.
If it needs done, JC will get it done, he does not know how to say no.
JC and Mary have been happily married for 15 years and have 3 wonderful children.
His hobbies are walking around the Horseshoe stadium game day morning and watching after his kids.

Susan Wood: Office Manager
Susan is the pleasant voice you often hear when you call our office. Susan makes sure the administrative side of our company runs as smoothly as the design and construction side. She handles the accounting and bookkeeping, and had several years of experience in office administration prior to joining the business in 2007. She has a full time job keeping all of us guys in line and we are thrilled to have her.
Susan has 2 college-aged boys that keep her active and young.
She enjoys remodeling and perfecting her own home in Hilliard.
